At ARNS Equipment, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel and the original packing slip inside the shipping box, ensuring all original labels are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
